Victor Koosh

Victor Koosh is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, bringing more than 35 years of entrepreneurial, operational, and executive leadership experience to his role. As a founder who has built, scaled, and successfully exited multiple companies, Victor has a deep appreciation for the challenges and decisions business owners face—particularly during periods of transition. His advisory approach prioritizes empathy, clarity, and creative problem-solving, ensuring clients feel supported throughout every stage of the M&A process.

Victor previously served as CEO of Caesar Systems–PetroVR, an oil and gas software firm later acquired by Aucerna, and co-founded Meedio, a leading digital lifestyle software platform acquired by Yahoo! in 2006. With more than two decades of experience in the software and technology sector, he brings specialized insight into high-growth, innovation-driven businesses.

Known for simplifying complexity and fostering collaborative strategy, Victor takes a holistic view of business outcomes—balancing financial results with long-term value creation. His global perspective is informed by his fluency in Russian, Spanish, and German, as well as his experience working across diverse markets.

Victor serves on the board of Native American Jump Start, a nonprofit focused on empowering indigenous communities through education and career development. He studied Business Administration at the University of Houston, and his leadership and service have earned numerous distinctions, including the NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award, the Centurion Award, and the Silver Beaver Award.
