Trevor Hill

Trevor Hill is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he leverages deep experience in mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, and debt restructuring to help business owners navigate complex transactions and achieve successful exits. Over the course of his investment banking career, Trevor has advised clients across diverse sectors—including manufacturing, distribution, consumer products, technology, and heavy construction—and has successfully completed more than twenty-five transactions.

Prior to joining ACT, Trevor spent more than a decade as Chief Operating Officer at Members Insurance, Inc., a financial services firm specializing in risk management advisory for banks and credit unions. His time in this role strengthened his operational leadership capabilities and broadened his understanding of financial markets and institutional strategy.

Trevor earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from the Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University. He also holds professional certificates in Finance and Investments.

Trevor resides in Edmonds, Washington, with his wife, Erika, and their two children, Ford and Eden. Outside of work, he enjoys time on the golf course and spending as much time on the water as possible with his family.
