Ron Huff

Ronald E. Huff, CPA, is an accomplished financial executive with a career spanning senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Finance, and President. His achievements include guiding two companies through successful IPOs, raising nearly $2 billion in capital across public and private markets, and managing the negotiation, execution, and integration of more than thirty M&A transactions.

Ron’s background reflects significant breadth across industries and corporate environments. He has led a Goldman Sachs–backed startup, contributed to the expansion of a Silicon Valley technology company, and served as the expatriate CFO for the National Oil Company of Trinidad & Tobago—where he led a major restructuring of global financial operations during a challenging period of declining oil prices.

Beyond his executive roles, Ron founded a boutique private equity firm advising family offices on investment strategies. He continues to serve as a strategic advisor to both emerging and established companies in sectors including energy, chemicals, technology, cryptocurrency, healthcare, and professional services. Known for his expertise in financial modeling and ability to distill complex financial matters into clear, actionable insights, he has advised a wide range of stakeholders, including international lenders, global institutions such as the World Bank and IMF, rating agencies, government bodies, and financial media.

Ron is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Wyoming. He resides in The Woodlands, Texas.
