Regan Sander

Regan Sander is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he specializes in Debt Placement Advisory and sell-side M&A. With more than two decades of experience across investment banking, private equity, and valuation, Regan helps business owners secure optimal capital solutions and execute successful exits.

Before joining ACT, Regan served as Managing Director of Investment Banking at Castle Placement and previously as Director of Investment Banking at Entoro Capital, where he led private capital raising mandates for a range of industries. Earlier in his career, Regan spent ten years with Arctas Capital Group as Director of Project Finance, Valuation, and Analysis, where he structured and executed more than $250 million in debt financing and successfully managed five private equity exits. He also served as Managing Director at Valuation Research, further deepening his experience in financial strategy, valuation, and transaction execution.

Regan holds both the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designations, reflecting his analytical rigor and commitment to professional excellence. He earned his Executive MBA with Honors from the University of Texas, where he also completed his BBA in Accounting.
