Throughout his career, he has served as a CEO, president, and senior executive, leading strategy, business development, and product innovation across multiple industries. His involvement in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions—including the successful sale of his own company—provides him with a firsthand perspective on the M&A process and allows him to offer clients practical, experience-driven guidance.

Paul’s sector expertise spans power electronics, contract manufacturing, transportation and logistics, renewable energy, and clean technology. Originally from the United Kingdom, Paul began his career through a competitive scholarship with the Royal Air Force, where he earned a commission and pursued his passion for aviation. Today, he continues to enjoy flying along with a variety of other interests.

He currently resides in the Pacific Northwest with his wife and family.
