Neil Paschall

Neil Paschall is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors and brings nearly five decades of leadership experience across corporate executive roles, entrepreneurship, investment banking, and executive coaching. He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and later served as a Managing Director at a nationally recognized middle-market investment bank, where he led a broad range of engagements including capital raises, buy-side mandates, and sell-side transactions.

Throughout his career, Neil has developed deep sector expertise in construction, food processing, agricultural supply chains, and government contracting. His combination of transactional experience and operational insight has made him a trusted advisor to business owners seeking strategic guidance and navigating complex financial decisions.

Neil earned a degree in International Finance from San Francisco State University, graduating magna cum laude. He has further enhanced his professional capabilities through executive education in Negotiations at Stanford University and coursework in Cryptocurrencies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

Neil and his wife, Patti, make their home in the Sierra Nevada mountains near Shaver Lake, California, where they enjoy time outdoors—hiking among evergreen forests and exploring the region’s alpine lakes.
