Kenneth H. Johnson

Kenneth Johnson is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors and brings more than 25 years of experience guiding Boards of Directors and executive teams through complex transactions. His advisory work spans Private Equity, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Professional Services, Technology, and Transportation and Logistics, and he has worked with organizations ranging from early-stage ventures to middle-market firms and Fortune 500 companies.

Before joining ACT, Ken held senior roles within the consulting practices of IBM, PwC, CSC, and Element 78 Partners. His ability to help organizations navigate strategic, operational, and financial challenges has earned him a reputation as a trusted, high-level advisor across diverse industries.

Ken holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School. He has also served on multiple advisory boards, including Virtus Insurance, LLC and Agile Edge Health, LLC.

Based in Chicago, Illinois, Ken enjoys cycling and hockey and regularly participates in regional golf tournaments.
