With more than ten years of recruiting experience spanning both agency and corporate settings, Katie has developed a reputation for her thoughtful, people-centered approach. In her role at ACT, Katie oversees the entire recruitment lifecycle, focusing on hiring managing partners and team members who embody the firm’s entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative mindset.
