Jeff Jones is a Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors, where he draws on extensive executive leadership experience to support lower middle market companies through strategic exits and value-creation initiatives. With a strong background in business services and a proven track record of leading organizations through operational transformation, Jeff helps business owners prepare for and execute meaningful and well-timed transactions.
Before joining ACT, Jeff served as CEO for multiple lower middle market companies, where he became known for his ability to quickly evaluate business performance, identify opportunities, and implement strategies that improved profitability and operational alignment. Earlier in his career, Jeff spent more than 20 years as a senior executive at Cintas Corporation (NASDAQ: CTAS), a Fortune 500 leader in business services. While there, he gained deep operational and commercial expertise across multiple branch-based industries, including uniforms and facility services, restroom supplies, cold storage, construction services, fire protection, portable trailers, chemical toilets, and power backup solutions.
Jeff brings a broad and practical perspective to every engagement, having worked across M&A, operations, sales, marketing, and executive leadership roles. He excels at building high-performing teams and driving operational excellence—capabilities that have consistently enhanced company value and supported successful growth or transition outcomes.
Jeff earned his degree from Baldwin Wallace University, where he attended on the distinguished Chick Evans Caddy Scholarship. Outside of work, he enjoys golf, travel, outdoor activities, and Peloton rides with his wife, Monica. They live in Seattle, Washington, and are proud parents of four adult children and grandparents to one granddaughter.
