Ivan Trindev is a Vice President at ACT Capital Advisors, where he contributes across all phases of the transaction lifecycle—from initial valuation and market outreach to deal negotiation, due diligence, and closing. Since joining the firm in September 2019, Ivan has supported a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries, gaining deep hands-on experience in mergers, acquisitions, and strategic advisory services.

Prior to his work at ACT, Ivan interned in Private Wealth Management at Ameriprise Financial in Bellevue, Washington, where he developed foundational skills in financial analysis, investment strategies, and client advisory support.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington, with concentrations in Finance and Information Systems. His combined technical and financial background allows him to approach transactions with a data-driven, analytical mindset while maintaining a strong focus on client objectives.
