Curtis Case

Curt Case serves as Senior Vice President and Managing Director at ACT Capital Advisors. As one of the firm’s original founders, Curt brings more than 30 years of experience in investment banking and mergers and acquisitions, advising middle-market clients across a wide range of industries. He rejoined ACT after serving as Vice President of M&A at The Geneva Companies in the Pacific Northwest, further expanding his experience in deal execution and client advisory.

Throughout his career, Curt has developed a strong track record of helping business owners navigate successful transactions, growth strategies, and ownership transitions. Earlier in his career, he worked as a principal in a private equity group, where he focused on acquiring, managing, and divesting businesses—experience that gives him a unique and practical understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by founders and operators.

Curt is also a U.S. Army veteran, having served as a Captain in the Signal Corps. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University and completed MBA-level studies in Finance and Accounting at LSU, Northeastern University in Boston, and Seattle University.
