About the Role

As a Vice President in Corporate Advisory based in Dubai, you will play a leadership role in delivering high-impact financial advisory solutions to clients across the Middle East and international markets. You will lead transaction execution, manage senior client relationships and shape financial strategies across M&A, capital raising, restructuring and corporate finance transformation initiatives. This role offers meaningful responsibility, regional leadership visibility and the ability to influence strategic decision-making for organisations operating in dynamic and fast-growing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full execution of advisory engagements including mergers & acquisitions, strategic divestitures, joint ventures, recapitalisations and cross-border transactions
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation workstreams, strategic analysis and due diligence elements across multiple deal mandates
• Advise C-suite leaders, investment committees and board stakeholders on transaction rationale, strategic alternatives and market positioning
• Originate new business opportunities by identifying potential mandates, developing proposals, refining go-to-market strategies and supporting client pitches
• Structure deal terms, negotiate with counterparties and coordinate legal, tax and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Provide oversight, direction and review of analyst and associate work output to ensure accuracy, consistency and transaction excellence
• Evaluate capital structure options, financing strategies and shareholder value considerations to support client decision-making
• Strengthen firmwide advisory practice capabilities through thought leadership, market-driven insights and development of internal methodologies

Who You Are

• Strong academic foundation (MBA, Master’s in Finance or related discipline preferred); professional designations such as CFA, ACA or CPA are beneficial
• 8–12+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate finance advisory, strategy consulting or private capital environments with proven deal execution history
• Extensive expertise in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, transaction structuring and negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to originate business, manage complex stakeholder dynamics and build trusted, long-term client relationships
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to distil and articulate strategic business considerations clearly
• Track record of leading teams, mentoring talent and managing multiple mandates concurrently
• Experience in GCC markets or cross-border advisory environments is strongly preferred
