About the Role

As a Risk Management Specialist within the Enterprise Solutions practice, you will support the design, enhancement and implementation of enterprise-level risk frameworks for clients across diverse industries. You will contribute to engagements involving risk governance, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, internal controls and enterprise risk analytics. This position offers exposure to high-impact transformation initiatives and provides the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders to modernise risk capabilities in evolving regulatory and business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development, optimisation and implementation of enterprise risk management frameworks, methodologies and reporting structures
• Conduct risk assessments, process mapping, control evaluations and gap analysis aligned with regulatory expectations and strategic priorities
• Assist in designing and implementing governance structures, risk policies, risk appetite frameworks and operational resilience programmes
• Analyse risk trends, data patterns and key risk indicators to provide actionable insights supporting decision-making and risk-based prioritisation
• Contribute to regulatory interpretation and impact analysis across standards such as OSFI, SOX, Basel, ESG risk frameworks and industry-specific compliance requirements
• Prepare client deliverables including risk dashboards, risk register updates, policy documentation, assessment reports and advisory presentations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business continuity planning, scenario analysis and control testing workflows
• Guide junior team members through analytical workstreams, methodology application and project documentation

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, Accounting or related discipline; advanced certification such as CPA, FRM, CIA or CRMA is beneficial
• 4–7 years of experience in enterprise risk, governance advisory, internal audit, regulatory operations or compliance transformation, preferably within consulting or financial services
• Strong understanding of enterprise risk frameworks (COSO, ISO 31000, Basel), governance models and risk reporting principles
• Ability to analyse risk data, synthesise findings and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality client outcomes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to structure, detail and clarity
• A proactive, analytical mindset with comfort working in a fast-moving and evolving risk landscape
