About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support our Corporate Strategy function and help drive operational excellence across the organization. Based in Sydney, this role will play a pivotal part in enabling strategic initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring seamless execution across business units. The ideal candidate brings a balance of operational rigor, stakeholder management capability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of strategic programs and organizational priorities
• Drive operational efficiency across teams by identifying gaps, improving workflows, and implementing scalable processes
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment between operational activities and strategic objectives
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects, providing reporting, insights, and risk escalation when needed
• Support leadership with operational frameworks, performance tracking, and resource coordination
• Facilitate communication across departments to ensure continuity, accountability, and timely delivery

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 4–7+ years in business operations, strategy support, project management, consulting, or a similar operational role
• Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, structured problem solving, stakeholder coordination, and process improvement expertise
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, adaptable, collaborative, and driven by continuous improvement
• Tools: Familiarity with productivity and project management platforms is preferred
