About the Role

As an Analyst in M&A Investment Banking based in New York, you will work at the heart of our team’s deal-making activity. You’ll support senior bankers across the full lifecycle of transactions — from strategic advisory and financial modelling to due diligence and execution. This role offers exposure to high-profile mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships across industries, giving you the opportunity to build deep expertise and drive meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of detailed financial models, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables), and presentation materials.
• Participate in due diligence processes including market & competitor research, business performance assessments and risk identification.
• Support the creation of client pitches, transaction documents (teasers, info memos, CIMs) and internal strategy decks.
• Work with senior bankers, legal, tax, accounting and integration teams to coordinate transaction execution and client deliverables.
• Track market trends, sector performance and regulatory developments to inform deal strategy and client recommendations.
• Maintain rigorous attention to detail and adhere to high standards of quality and confidentiality throughout all deliverables.
